These Terms of Service apply to all our websites and services. By using our services, you're agreeing to these terms.

Any game servers, voice servers, or other products you purchase from us
Account
Your personal login that gives you access to our services
Server
The hardware or virtual machine where your game or voice service runs
Off-site
Anything stored on a different server than where your service operates
We/Us/Our
Host It Create It, the provider of game hosting services
You/Your
Any user with an account or who uses our services
1. Your Account
1.1 Account Information
When you create an account, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Keep your information up-to-date
Protect your account credentials
Providing false information may result in account suspension or termination.
1.2 Age Requirements
You must be at least 16 years old to use our services
Ages 13-15 require parental consent and guardian information
We do not provide services to anyone under 13
1.3 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including:
Using strong, unique passwords
Enabling two-factor authentication when available
Not sharing your credentials with others
You're responsible for all actions taken under your account, even if unauthorized.
1.4 Competitor Relations
By creating an account, you agree that you are not affiliated with a competing game hosting provider and will not use our services to promote competitors.
2. Billing & Payments
2.1 Payment Methods
We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal
Payment is required when ordering a service
We may use any payment method on file for outstanding invoices
2.2 Renewals
Services automatically renew monthly unless canceled
Renewal invoices are generated 7 days before the due date
Payment must be made within 5 days of the due date
If payment isn't received within 5 days, your service may be suspended and data deleted.
2.3 Cancellations
Cancel anytime through your client area
Cancellations must be made before the next renewal date
You'll receive a confirmation email when cancellation is processed
Always keep your cancellation confirmation as proof. Without it, your service will remain active and billing will continue.
2.4 Refunds
24-hour refund policy for any reason
Up to 14-day refund for service issues that are our fault
Refunds do not apply to dedicated servers or add-ons
All refund requests must be submitted via support ticket through your client area.
2.5 Pricing Changes
We'll notify you by email about any price increases
You can decline the increase and cancel your service
No response means you accept the new price
3. Game Server Services
3.1 Server Setup
Servers are set up after payment verification
We aim for quick setup but don't guarantee instant deployment
If your chosen configuration is unavailable, we'll offer alternatives
3.2 Resources
RAM allocations are shared and may fluctuate
Player slots are not guaranteed to be fully usable at all times
Hardware specifications refer to the host machine, not individual servers
For Minecraft servers only: We offer unlimited disk space for active server files, but this can be changed without notice.
3.3 DDoS Protection
Basic DDoS protection is included with all game servers
Protection levels vary and may not prevent all attacks
We may temporarily disable services targeted by severe attacks
No refunds or credits are provided for downtime due to DDoS attacks.
3.4 Backups
Off-site backups are provided as a convenience, not a guarantee
Backups are kept for 10 days (daily) or 5 days (hourly)
You can request up to 2GB of backup data per day at no charge
You should maintain your own backups of critical data. We're not responsible for data loss.
3.5 Resource Usage Policy
Our servers operate in a shared environment, which means:
Excessive resource usage that impacts other customers is not permitted
We may restart, modify, or terminate services that violate fair usage
Resource consumption is monitored to ensure fair distribution
3.6 Service Moves
We may need to move your service to different hardware or locations:
We'll try to provide advance notice when possible
Moves may be necessary for maintenance or load balancing
We're authorized to move services without prior notice if necessary
4. Data & Privacy
4.1 Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, and protect your data. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
4.2 Your Data
You retain ownership of your content and data
You must have the right to use any content you upload
We're not responsible for data loss if backups fail
4.3 Security
Internet transmissions are never completely secure. You agree to:
Accept that data may be accessed by unauthorized persons
Take appropriate measures to secure your account
Hold us harmless for any data breaches or loss
4.4 Third-Party Content
When using third-party software, mods, or plugins:
We don't guarantee third-party content safety or compatibility
Third-party tools may have their own Terms or EULAs
We're not liable for issues caused by third-party content
5. Prohibited Activities
Server Attacks
No DDoS attacks, stress tests, or any attack on our infrastructure
Illegal Activities
No illegal content or activities on our services
Security Circumvention
No hacking, reverse engineering, or bypassing security
Malware Distribution
No uploading viruses, malware, or harmful code
Resource Abuse
No excessive resource usage, cryptocurrency mining, or abuse of services
Unauthorized Reselling
No reselling our services without written permission
Violating these prohibitions may result in immediate service termination without refund and possible legal action.
6. Liability & Legal
6.1 Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the previous 3 months or $100, whichever is greater
We're not liable for indirect damages including data loss or service interruptions
Services are provided "as-is" without guarantees of uninterrupted operation
6.2 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Your use of our services
Your violation of these terms
Your content violating third-party rights
6.3 Dispute Resolution
We'll attempt to resolve disputes through friendly discussion
If that fails, disputes will be handled by courts in the United States
You agree to pay our legal fees if a dispute is found in our favor
6.4 Force Majeure
We're not responsible for service failures due to events beyond our control, including:
Power outages
Internet infrastructure problems
Natural disasters
Other extraordinary circumstances
Your Agreement
By using our services, you acknowledge that you've read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
